For this major manufacturing company, QBS4 implemented a quality tracking system that involved more than just technology expertise. The QBS4 team met first with the procurement manager and quality manager to understand their processes, and helped them define and implement an ISO9000 solution for their warehouse. 

The custom application development proceeded hand-in-hand with a new networking capability, including networked and integrated workstations at each production line. QBS4 also developed the new procurement system that handles everything from receivables, job scheduling, production results, inventory, purchase orders, shipping to invoicing. 

With the new networking backbone and new application in place, anyone in the company can now receive and send status e-mails to customers. The new procurement system enables online scheduling and on-demand ordering. Thanks to the successful implementation of the ISO9000 solution, the client can monitor quality compliance and ensure its production standards meet or exceed its competitors.
